Hugo

Hugo blends people and AI to help businesses scale, and needed an identity that reads as a partner rather than an outsourcer. We built one around motion: a custom animated loader that shifts and changes colour as a living engine, and transitions that keep everything moving.

Since launching the new Hugo website, visitors are spending over two minutes on service pages, the bounce rate has dropped to 33%, and conversions are up to 6–7%.
